Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to V-POS, a subscription-based retail point-of-sale platform operated by Vyom Inc.

Using V-POS

You may use V-POS only for a lawful business purpose and must keep account credentials, staff access, and store data accurate and secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Fees, included features, location limits, and register limits are shown before purchase. You are responsible for taxes and for cancelling a subscription before its next renewal when you no longer need it.

Your business data

You retain responsibility for the data entered into your workspace. V-POS provides export tools so you can retrieve eligible business data. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but internet connectivity and third-party providers can affect access. Scheduled maintenance or urgent security work may temporarily affect the service.
